About this role
Waste Connections has a Driver Helper position open to work at our hauling site in Johnson City, Texas.
The hours are Monday – Friday with a start time of 4am working a 10+ hour shift. . On top of competitive pay and consistent overtime we also offer family benefits, 401k, vacation and an employee stock purchase plan. We offer year round steady work and with patience and hard work can get promoted in to a driver position. This job is extemely physical, working in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift at least 60lbs or more
Be able to communicate with his driver and have good customer service skills

What you'll do
- The Driver Helper assists the driver in waste collection and disposal tasks. This role requires working in all weather conditions and involves physical labor.
