As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
  • Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
  • Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
  • Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
