Your New Role: 

WBD Technology team is seeking a MDM Sr. Developer who will be responsible for providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing the MDM solutions (Reltio). We are specifically looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and experience in integrating MDM solutions. 

The Sr. Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the processes and technologies related to master data within the organization. Master data refers to the foundational data shared across an organization, such as customer data, product data, and more.  

The candidate must have experience in performing MDM (Reltio) tenant configuration, building match and survivorship rules, defining hierarchy and relationships within Reltio and understanding of and configuring the Reference Data Model. The ideal candidate would be an expert in configuring Match and Merge, Survivorship, Delta detection, and Hierarchy Graph using Reltio.  

The candidate's primary job functions include but are not limited to the day-to-day operations of the MDM platform. The candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills to effectively work with peers within the Enterprise Technology Group.  

Your Role Accountabilities: 

  • Experience using building API's and usage of data loader. 
  • Proficient in dimensional modelling, data profiling, standardization and cleansing 
  • Deploy best practices to enhance system performance. 
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into technology solutions and 
  • effectively collaborating with business and other technical teams. 
  • Develop ETL logic and process flows for data cleansing, standardization, and deduplication. 
  • Experience in implementing Data Quality Management 

Data Modeling and Design: Design and implement master data models that align with business requirements and standards. Develop and maintain data dictionaries, ensuring clear definitions and relationships for master data elements. 

Data Integration: Integrate master data across different systems and platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with other developers and teams to streamline data flows and ensure seamless integration processes. 

Data Quality Management: Implement data quality rules and validations to identify and correct inconsistencies in master data. Monitor and address data quality issues, collaborating with data stewards and business users as needed. 

MDM System Development: Work with MDM tools and platforms to build and customize solutions for managing master data. Develop and maintain MDM workflows, business rules, and data governance processes. 

Qualifications & Experiences: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • 10+ years of experience hands on experience implementing MDM solutions.  
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions in an enterprise environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of MDM platforms and technologies (e.g., Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, SAP Master Data Governance). 
  • Understanding of data modeling, data integration, data migration, and data quality best practices. 
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies. 
  • Experience with developing and executing test plans for MDM solutions. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate with data architects, analysts, product teams and business users to understand requirements for effective implementation.  
  • Relevant certifications in MDM or data management are a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
