Twoje zadania:

  • Przygotowywanie cyklicznych analiz dotyczących treści programowych i wyników biznesowych

  • Wizualizacja wyników w formie czytelnych raportów

  • Formułowanie wniosków oraz rekomendacji na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz

  • Współpraca przy opracowywaniu strategii kontentowej wspierającej rozwój działalności firmy

  • Udział w projektach strategicznych dotyczących planowania treści na kanałach telewizyjnych i platformach streamingowych

  • Wsparcie zespołu w przygotowywaniu analiz biznesowych dotyczących efektywności wykorzystywania treści

  • Dostarczanie danych i insightów wspierających działania zespołów PR, komunikacji i marketingu

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • Masz co najmniej 2-3 lata doświadczenia w mediach, w obszarze analitycznym lub strategicznym

  • Potrafi analizować dane, widzi między nimi zależności i tworzy na ich podstawie rekomendacje

  • Potrafi sprawnie korzystać z danych telemetrycznych: Arianna i/lub AdvantEdge

  • Rozumie znaczenie sposobu prezentacji danych – potrafi przekładać złożone analizy na czytelne, atrakcyjne wizualizacje dopasowane do odbiorców

  • Bardzo dobrze porusza się w Excelu i Power Point

  • Rozumie dynamikę rynku mediowego – od telewizji po streaming

  • Cechuje się samodzielnością i kreatywnością w działaniu

  • Lubi się uczyć i jest otwarta/y na nowe technologie – zamiast obawiać się AI, widzi w niej szansę na rozwój i chce wykorzystywać jej potencjał w codziennej pracy

  • Swobodnie komunikuje się w języku angielskim, min. poziom B2 w mowie i piśmie

Video Content Strategic & Monetization Specialist​

In the Strategic Planning Department, we operate at the intersection of data, content, and business. We integrate perspectives from various teams to extract key insights from data that translate into real directions for the development of our operations. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in the areas of data analysis, content planning, and strategy, thinks long-term, and wants to influence the media market in Poland—both in linear television and on non-linear platforms.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Preparing regular analyses of programming content and business performance

  • Visualizing results in clear, readable reports

  • Drawing conclusions and making recommendations based on conducted analyses

  • Collaborating on the development of content strategies that support the company’s growth

  • Participating in strategic projects related to content planning for TV channels and streaming platforms

  • Supporting the team in preparing business analyses regarding content utilization efficiency

  • Providing data and insights to support PR, communication, and marketing teams

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Has at least 2–3 years of experience in media, in analytical or strategic roles

  • Can analyze data, identify relationships, and create recommendations based on them

  • Is proficient in using telemetry data: Arianna and/or AdvantEdge

  • Understands the importance of data presentation—can translate complex analyses into clear, engaging visualizations tailored to the audience

  • Is highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understands the dynamics of the media market—from television to streaming

  • Is independent and creative in their approach

  • Enjoys learning and is open to new technologies—rather than fearing AI, sees it as an opportunity for growth and wants to harness its potential in daily work

  • Communicates fluently in English, at least B2 level in speaking and writing

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus
