As part of our Bolton team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, helping ensure our products are ready to reach customers across the UK. But this isn’t just about picking bread—this is about being a key player in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

 

You’ll:

 

  • Support warehouse operations including picking, loading, and dispatching.
  • Take ownership of shift paperwork, stock records, and basic admin tasks.
  • Help coordinate shift activity and support new starters.
  • Champion health & safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth running of the shift.

Did you know there are two bakery sites in Bolton (Bolton & Variety), a distribution hub, a newly built Innovation Centre, Test Bakery, and our Head Office. We have approximately 480 colleagues working across Bolton and Variety manufacturing and distribution. We produce 1.5 million units per week, across 5 automated lines that bake our delicious fresh bread, crumpets, bagels, morning goods and muffins which is delivered daily to our customers across the UK.
