Senior Modeler - Construction Modeling

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate complex projects, ensuring exceptional quality, client satisfaction, and timely delivery. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop concept models and ensure alignment with design teams.
• Create and implement project execution plans to optimize efficiency and successful delivery.
• Oversee preparation of construction deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide guidance on codes, design criteria, constructability, and software best practices.
• Ensure adherence to standard quality control checks and assurance activities, including design reviews and documentation checks.
• Mentor and guide team members on standards, processes, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including 10+ years in Tekla steel detailing on complex projects is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong client-service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
