As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our team’s goals and supporting Walmart’s mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers. What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, monitor, review, unit test, and deploy code for services.
- Write and maintain Terraform (IaC) configurations and CI/CD scripts.
- Take ownership of releasing code for new features.
- Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure like Kafka clusters and EC2 instances.
- Triage application and system issues to debug, track, and recover services quickly.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with software development in languages like Java, Go, distributed systems, micro-service architecture.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, scalability, and design patterns.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, SREs, and other teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $198,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
