As a Product Operations leader on the Global Marketplace Trust Product Team, you will connect strategy to execution by driving planning, business rhythms, and cross-functional alignment across risk, compliance and brand product teams. This role ensures teams operate efficiently and deliver trusted marketplace experiences at global scale.
  • Lead product planning, prioritization, and operating rhythms for the Global Marketplace Trust Product team, including sprint planning and executive business reviews.
  • Partner with Product Management leadership to set strategic direction and drive execution across risk, compliance, and brand initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration between product, engineering, design, data science, and partner teams across Walmart.
  • Design, improve, and operationalize product development and go-to-market processes to increase team efficiency and delivery quality.
  • Own executive-level communication and reporting to ensure visibility, alignment, and accountability on product outcomes and strategic initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
