Walmart’s Enterprise Business Services (EBS) within Global Tech delivers world-class technology solutions at a massive scale. You’ll build Next Gen Accounting & Reconciliation platforms to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and performance for the world’s largest retailer—while working in a culture that values inclusion, sustainability, and community.

What You’ll Do
•    Deliver Features & Services: Own end-to-end delivery of technical capabilities aligned to finance domain objectives.
•    Software Development & SDLC: Write clean, efficient code; implement CI/CD and operational best practices including monitoring, observability. Must have experience in the JVM ecosystem (Java, Scala, etc.)
•    Solution Design & Architecture: Translate requirements to low-level designs implementing approved design patterns; maintain team standards on code quality; code reviews.
•    AI/ML Enablement: Experience leveraging GenAI (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
•    DevOps & Reliability: Implement monitoring, alerting, performance optimization, and security best practices for mission critical systems.
•    Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with product, PM, business, and UX to secure cross functional designs; maintain clear lines of communication with all stakeholders
•    Production Support: Troubleshoot issues, assess impact/criticality, engage support teams, and drive resolution.
What you'll bring:
•    Proven expertise in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, and API integration.
•    Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
•    Experience designing scalable, distributed systems with attention to non-functional requirements such as security, availability, and maintainability.
•    Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and user stories.
•    Skilled in debugging, integration testing, and defect management using modern tools and frameworks.
•    Commitment to delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code aligned with business objectives.
•    Familiarity with Cloud-Based Deployment strategies, alongside hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Ability to work independently to perform all required actions, and comprehends changes to methodologies, resources and can articulate the same.
•    Experience with cloud platforms (WCNP, Azure, or GCP)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
