What you'll do...

  • Deliver accurate, actionable insights by mining and analyzing large datasets using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define data needs and support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead projects that enhance data workflows and integrate advanced analytics tools, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across Health & Wellness payer programs.
About Health & Wellness Payer Team Our Health & Wellness Payer team drives innovation in healthcare affordability and access. We collaborate with internal and external partners to design payer strategies that deliver value to customers and the business. In this role, you’ll be the analytics engine behind these initiatives—turning data into insights that shape our future. What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years in business or data analytics with strong technical skills (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Expertise in data collection, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
