Build and deepen senior-level relationships across Agency Holding Companies and client-direct; influence both executive and day-to-day stakeholders.
Prospect and develop new opportunities; manage accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal health in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Craft consultative narratives and learning agendas; translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Measurement, Ops) to package solutions, address blockers, and scale “always-on” revenue.
Lead responses to RFPs with needs-based proposals aligned to objectives, audiences, formats, and measurement plans.
Serve as an industry voice on performance advertising, bringing forward Walmart Connect product and technology advancements (Retail Media, CTV/Audio, OOH, PMP/automation).
What You’ll Bring
7+ years in digital media/platform sales (e.g., performance, full-funnel, PMP/automation); experience in OOH and/or CTV/Audio strongly desired.
Proven success hitting revenue targets with complex, data-led solutions across enterprise clients.
Strength working within matrixed organizations; excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Advanced communication and presentation skills; crisp storytelling with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Analytical problem-solver with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; comfortable with experimentation, test-and-learn, and ROI modeling.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and how retail media/first-party data can drive outcomes for non-endemic brands.
Nice to Have
Experience selling into Auto, Financial Services, Travel, QSR, or Insurance verticals.
Familiarity with MMM/MTA, incrementality testing, brand lift studies, and outcome-based optimization.
Startup or high-growth platform experience.

Walmart began building Supercenters in 1988 and are around 182,000 square feet employing about 300 associates. Walmart Supercenters offer a one-stop shopping experience by combining a grocery store with fresh produce, bakery, deli and dairy products with electronics, apparel, toys and home furnishings. Most Supercenters are open 24 hours, and may also include specialty shops such as banks, hair and nail salons, restaurants, or vision centers.
