About us:

Walmart Global Tech’s presence in Israel has grown over the past few years with 4 acquisitions to date, all develop using industry leading technologies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

·     Define and implement long-term vision and strategies for product family based on market and competition understanding.

·     Develop and enhance product family by managing product roadmaps, gathering requirements, analyzing customer and product data, and prioritizing product backlog.

·     Communicate requirements to key partners and gain executive-level leadership buy-in for implementation methods and timeline.

·     Stay updated with competitive technology landscapes, emerging trends, and new technologies and apply this knowledge to drive business and user acceptance testing for complex products.

·     Identify and proactively address customer needs, implement new processes, and coach team members to improve customer focus.

·     Own complex customer problems, build new ideas using "Whole Product" concepts, and drive "Go-to-Market" strategies for mass adoption.

·     Develop and manage product roadmaps, secure resources and alignment, and manage roll out and scaling of complex products/features.

·     Use product and feature analytics to make data-driven product decisions, and assist in the planning, design, and implementation of exploratory data analysis.

·     Influence and build stakeholder consensus through strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

·     Demonstrate in-depth domain expertise, identify areas of innovation, and recommend new processes and ways of working.

·     Execute multiple business plans and projects, remove barriers impacting performance, and develop contingency plans.

·     Supervise and mentor associates, build a team-based work environment, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

·     Promote company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

·     Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, and supporting community outreach events.

Requirements

Requirements:

·     5+ years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, building impactful products, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering AI-driven products aligned with business goals.

·     Proven track record in managing complex product lifecycle, and inspiring cross-functional teams to meet ambitious objectives.

·     A blend of creativity and analytical thinking to refine AI outputs, ensuring our content is relevant and engaging.

·     Strong time management skills - ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment

·     Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders

·     Experience working in an agile environment.

·     BSc in engineering/technical degree, relevant courses or any relevant hands-on experience.

·     Strong English speaker.
