Walton Arts Center Inc. operates two campuses: a 1,200-seat proscenium theatre and 269-seat black box in Fayetteville and an 11,000-capacity outdoor Amphitheatre known as the Walmart AMP in Rogers, AR. Walton Arts Center has been Arkansas’ premier performing arts center for over 30 years and Walmart AMP has consistently been one of Billboard's top-rated amphitheaters producing 30 plus concerts per season.

Position Overview
The Barback will support the Food & Beverage department to ensure the efficient operation of all beverage stations and concessions and maintaining a high level of service in a dynamic and bustling environment throughout the venue during a show or event. This is a seasonal, day-of-show–only role that supports our concert schedule. Work is scheduled exclusively on show days, with typical shift hours from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The concert season runs from April through October, with the first show on April 12th.

Located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville, Walton Arts Center (WAC) is Arkansas’ largest and busiest arts presenter. WAC opens its doors to thousands of patrons annually to experience Broadway national tours, self-produced arts programming and festivals, free classroom series performances and more. A beacon of the community, Walton Arts Center has grown significantly over the last quarter of a century and now operates three facilities – the original Walton Arts Center, the neighboring Nadine Baum Studios and the Walmart AMP ( Arkansas Music Pavilion, AMP) in Rogers.
The Walmart AMP is Northwest Arkansas’ premiere outdoor concert venue, set in a vibrant commercial district just North of Fayetteville in Rogers. The AMP has been one of the top 100 amphitheaters in the nation and has produced headlining concerts for the past 11 years, bringing top-tier touring artists to the stage.
