We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment and drive hiring across multiple roles in a fast-growing, international environment. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted recruitment partner, and take ownership of sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and real impact on company growth.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Own end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Manage multiple open positions in parallel across different teams and seniority levels.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review CVs and conduct initial screening interviews.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
Interviewing & Hiring Support
Coordinate and participate in interview rounds with hiring teams.
Support hiring managers with candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
Ensure fair, structured, and high-quality assessment processes.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
Support candidates throughout the recruitment and decision-making process.
Represent the company professionally in all candidate communication.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
Recruitment Operations & Team Support
Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support and mentor the recruitment team, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
