As a Country Manager for the Netherlands you will be responsible for the identification, evaluation and internal implementation of new business opportunities and models to enable the Marketing and Sales departments to expand the business within the countries.

You will

  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales Follow-up of the sales pipeline on a daily basis and make sure all activities (call/mail/f2f) are in Salesforce
  • Work with the Barcelona based Inside sales team to transmit local knowledge and requirements in order to create new business opportunities across different channels (dealership, electrical wholesalers, e-mobility specialists, OEM’s etc.)
  • Build local relationships and grow the customer base and increase sell through with existing clients.
  • Serve as leadership sponsor to large accounts and help drive key executive relationships
  • Report back to and collaborate with Sales Management on sales activities and Chief Marketing Officer on marketing initiatives
  • Continuously feed back on local market requirements back to HQ
  • Collaborate with sales management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the region

Requirements

  • Relevant working experience with the sales and B2B market, preferably in EV Charging Solutions
  • Proven track record in new business, direct sales and over performance in sales
  • Around 6+ years of work experience, preferably right now in a similar role
  • Autonomous person, you will be working, especially in the beginning, from home
  • Proven commercial, networking and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognising opportunities for building new systems, structures, and processes
  • Experience in market research and marketing
  • History of overachieving targets in a market leading organisation
  • Consistent track record working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
  • Native level of Dutch and fluent in English
