Product Manager - Insights

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Insights product team in Tel Aviv.

Insights is a highly utilized WalkMe product that enables customers to gain a deep understanding of how their users interact with their applications and measure the impact WalkMe has on user behavior. We are looking for people who look at the world differently. • Build and innovate WalkMe’s Insights capabilities - one of the most used products in our Data & Analytics offering.
• Identify our customer needs and opportunities through data, interviews, and research.
• Communicate and prioritize new features and use-cases to our design, engineering and marketing teams.
• Owning and delivering features from end-to-end and being the subject matter expert on the features that you own.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders in order to ensure that our customers get a full and coherent experience.
• Presenting and building Go-to-market strategies to ensure new features are adopted and customers see the value.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager - a must. 
• Strong technical oriented - a must.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar - a must.
• Professional level English - you will be presenting to large native English audiences at least once a quarter.
• Experience working on a SaaS product in a B2B tech startup or company.
• Experience working with data or analytics products - preferred.
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to learn quickly and act independently.
• Ability to compare and contrast different implementation approaches and their impact on the performance, user experience and technical limitations.
• A customer centric approach and a love for the user experience.
• Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release to enable. We are looking for someone who is proficient with product execution and delivery. 
• Superb collaboration capabilities. We are stronger as a team.
