Summary
The HR/Training Intern-FSD will directly assist the Federal Services Division Training Department with a wide range of projects related to employee files, compliance, training, onboarding, record maintenance, and auditing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participates in auditing and updating employee personnel training records.
• Assists with the ongoing maintenance and retention of electronic personnel records.
• Aids the Training team with any other ongoing projects.
• Prepare training-related materials as needed
• Attend HR/Training-related meetings
• Stocking and maintaining supplies for CSOs to support training and operational readiness
• May be required to develop communication pieces, record meeting minutes, research ideas for events, run errands, and do other necessary tasks as assigned.
• Will complete at least one major project during the internship.

To perform this job successfully, the Intern should possess basic skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and should have a working knowledge of Internet
programs and other software as required.
