Our Radiology Team Lead plays a key role in supporting the daily workflow of the diagnostic imaging section, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate services across the shift. In this role, you’ll act as both a hands-on technologist and a go-to resource for your teammates—helping guide workflow, support training, and elevate the overall patient and team experience.

 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys mentoring others while maintaining strong technical skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of diagnostic imaging services on your assigned shift.
  • Serve as the point person for staff when supervisors or managers are not present, ensuring consistent operations and timely patient care.
  • Support the orientation, education, and ongoing training of Radiology employees, partnering closely with management.
  • Function as a liaison between team members and leadership, helping communicate priorities, updates, and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in safety and quality initiatives, including programs designed to reduce error and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain your role as a practicing technologist, demonstrating high standards of clinical quality and patient-centered care.

Experience

  • 6 months of clinical radiology experience — Required
  • 3 years of clinical radiology experience — Required
  • Leadership experience — Preferred

Licensure & Credentials

  • Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT) — Required
