Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo ERP, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client business requirements

Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)

Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Conduct system testing and ensure solution quality

Provide user training and post-implementation support

Prepare functional documentation and user guides

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues

Stay updated with Odoo enhancements and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP

Strong understanding of ERP systems and business workflows

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Python, SQL, or Odoo certification is a plus
