Overview
LOCATIONS:Throughout Arizona - Some out of state travel might be required
DUTIES:
- Perform major and minor repairs on equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment, trucks and trailers.
- Maintain parts inventory and accurate records of repairs performed on equipment.
- Ability to stand for long period of time.
- Determine equipment condition by conducting inspection and diagnostic test to identify worn and damaged parts.
- Complete preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment available for use.
- Verify equipment performance by operating equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
- Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by OSHA, MSHA and company policy.
- Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- (2-3) previous experience in similar position
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Takes instruction well from management - including the ability to demonstrates attention to detail, and active listening skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Must be able to work in a field and shop environment with little to no supervision.
- Must be able to work in all degrees of weather
- Must put SAFETY first by adhering to all safety rules
The successful candidate must be safety conscious with a record of working safely in the workplace.
