Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring every candidate has a positive and engaging experience, regardless of the outcome.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Interview Process Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and gather feedback from interview panels to ensure a consistent and fair process.
Data & Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify trends and make data-driven improvements to our processes.
Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand and attract talent, such as managing career pages, participating in career fairs, and creating engaging content.
Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, such as implementing new recruiting software, developing training materials, or improving our onboarding process.
