About the role:

In this office-based internal sales role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll be responsible for selling stainless steel and aluminium products.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
  • Preparing sales quotes and orders
  • Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
  • Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process
  • Helping with other admin duties where required
  • Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and part of the team
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
