About this role
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer with 2-3+ years of experience to be the founding member of our product support team. We are seeking a self-starter who can creatively solve complex technical problems for our small business customers and build out the entire product support department from the ground up. This is a critical role to help us manage technical escalations and improve product reliability for our growing customer base.What will you be doing?Act as the primary technical point of contact for a subset of 25-30 customers experiencing complex product issues, leading weekly meetings to manage their issue lists.Interface directly with the product and engineering teams to replicate, report, and resolve bugs.Diagnose and troubleshoot a range of software, hardware (iOS-based POS), and network issues for small business grocers.Develop and own the processes and documentation for the product support function, building it from scratch.Take initiative to learn the product and customers quickly, becoming fully autonomous in front of customers within 60-90 days.
