Senior Field Technician

You’ll lead junior technicians, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every deployment runs smoothly and professionally. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.</span></p><p style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">To break it down, your responsibilities will include:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Installing and configuring POS hardware and software at client locations.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Leading and mentoring junior technicians during field deployments.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Troubleshooting technical issues related to terminals, peripherals, and networks.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Coordinating with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely rollouts.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Liaise with overseas L3(R&D) for defect fixing and etc.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Conducting system testing and providing user training post-installation.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Maintaining detailed documentation of all technical activities.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Traveling to client sites, including after-hours when required.</span></li><li style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Travelling to other country in Southeast Asia where there are similar on-going projects.</span></li></ul><p style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></span></p><p style="font-family:Arial;"><span style="font-size:12px;">At Invenco by GVR, we believe in YOU—your skills, your growth, and your ability to make a real impact.
