engineering leaders to define priorities, clarify scope, and set direction.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">   - Drive engineering execution, ensuring YOU ARE (Qualifications)</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading engineering teams at the senior manager or director level.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Proven success managing teams of 30+ engineers, ideally across multiple products or functional areas.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Strong background in large-scale, distributed systems — especially IoT, embedded software, or cloud-based platforms.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Deep experience with Agile methodologies, including use of epics, story writing, team rituals, and planning frameworks.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Familiarity with software for hardware-integrated systems (e.g., real-time control, device firmware, sensor networks).</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    Demonstrated excellence in people leadership, technical judgment, and organizational scaling.</span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;">•    BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.</span></p><p><span
