As an E-Commerce Quality Assurance Associate, you will use your research skills and eye for detail to audit online products and resolve customer issues. You have the opportunity to impact the online shopping experience by ensuring the accuracy of images and product information on the website.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Audit images and copy - ensure accuracy of product images and copy
- Research and resolve product discrepancies and issues related to customer orders
- Key information into ecommerce inventory system - pull stock for inspection
- Communicate with vendors and other company departments
- Ensure consistency of copy and images with company and vendor guidelines
