About this role
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Assist with new hire training
- Open and close the store for business
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

Situated in a 20’ x 50’ rented storefront in downtown Davenport, Iowa, the first Von Maur store was founded back in 1872.
With all of that history to inspire us, we created Dry Goods to bring our tradition of old-fashioned customer service to a new generation of customers.
