About this role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
What You’ll Do:
- Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
- Develop relationships to grow store business
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
- Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this New York based position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
