The Vehicle & Parts Logistics Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Vehicle Logistics Planning, Parts Logistics Transportation, and Domestic Transportation & Port Operations. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Volkswagen Group’s end-to-end logistics operations — from the global movement of finished vehicles to the distribution of service parts across North America. The analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize logistics networks, enhance cost efficiency, and improve delivery performance across brands and markets.
Vehicle Logistics Planning & Strategy:
This rotation focuses on strategic planning, bid management, and process optimization for Volkswagen’s vehicle logistics network. The analyst will gain exposure to global logistics coordination, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making across vehicle transportation and port operations.
Parts Logistics – Transportation:
This rotation provides hands-on experience with transportation bid management, financial tracking, and operational coordination for Volkswagen’s parts logistics network. The analyst will work closely with carriers and internal teams to support cost control and network performance.
Port Operations:
This rotation emphasizes the operational execution and performance monitoring of vehicle transportation within the U.S. The analyst will learn how logistics operations, vendor performance, and quality standards align to achieve seamless vehicle delivery.
Preferred Degree: Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation & Logistics Management, Global Logistics Management, Global Commerce & Transportation, Business Analytics, or Operations Management.
