The After Sales Operations Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across Marketing, Service Development, and Strategy & Business Intelligence. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of service operations, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven decision-making. The analyst will support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing service delivery, and driving business growth.
1st Rotation - Service Development:
Within the Service Development rotation, the analyst will lead and support initiatives that enhance and expand after-sales service offerings. This includes analyzing customer needs, benchmarking industry best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new service solutions.
2nd Rotation - After Sales Marketing:
In this rotation, the analyst will support the planning, execution, and analysis of after-sales marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention, loyalty, and engagement. The role combines creativity and analytics, requiring collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams to drive measurable impact.
3rd Rotation - Strategy & Business Intelligence:
The Strategy & Business Intelligence rotation focuses on leveraging data to inform business strategy and improve after-sales performance. The analyst will gain experience in performance measurement, strategic planning, and executive reporting.
Preferred Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Management, Economics, or related fields.
