Consultor en SAP certificado en modulos logísticos ( MM, PP, WM)

Conocimiento en integración de sistemas legacy con SAP

Conocimiento en metodología ITIL y modelo ágil

Integrar procesos y sistemas de IT ( UNIT + VW Group Systems)

Evaluar y mejorar procesos de escalación

Coordinar incidents y problemas de alto impacto para aplicaciones de suministro a linea y administración logistica basados en procesos ITIL

CAB coordinación ( Coordinar cambios en la aplicación y gestionar el transport management)

Coordinar actividades del 2ndo nivel de soporte y administrar los contratos

Coordinar los SPS y FPS (Support and Future Pack stack deployments) para el sistema SAP UNIT.
