The Funding Representative-Follow-up is the first point of contact for dealers with inquiries related to the funding and contract validation processes. The individual is responsible to provide ongoing support to dealers on new programs and system updates.

Reports: Funding Supervisor
Role classification: Fully Remote
• Process received documents related to problem files (electronic or paper) in order to complete the funding transactions without delays
• Handle inbound calls to assist and inform dealers and provide answers/solutions to their inquiries in order to provide an exceptional dealer service
• Pro-actively follow up with dealers for missing documentation related to problem files in order to complete the funding transactions without delays
Formal education
• College Diploma (DCS/DEC)
• University degree preferred
Experience
• 1 years of experience in a position requiring interaction / negotiation with customers over the phone
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Auto Financing
Competencies
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
• Negotiation skills (influence)
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Business Objects
• Knowledge of accounting principles an asset
Work schedule
• Rotation schedules (Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm)
• 37,5 working hours per week.
Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
The salary for this role is $26.52. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and internal compensation practices.
