- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable para comunicación con matriz y reportes).
- Orientación a detalle y cumplimiento de políticas internas.
- Contabilidad general y costos.
- Normas de información financiera (NIF) y IFRS.
- Procesos de cierre contable mensual y anual.
- Elaboración y análisis de estados financieros.
- Conocimiento de auditorías internas y externas.
- Interpretación de reportes financieros y presupuestos.
- SAP FI/CO (indispensable).
- Microsoft Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros, fórmulas complejas).
- Herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).

What you'll do
