Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
· Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM, GSM) equipment 24X7. · Preventive Maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave). · Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA. · Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA. · Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff. · Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes. · Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement. · Integration , Commissioning and, troubleshooting(BTS-RBS2000 and RBS6000 and MW ( Ericsson Traffic Node & Huawei RTN)
