Job Purpose	BSS operation & Maintenance
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM, GSM) equipment 24X7. Preventive Maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave). Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA. Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA. Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff. Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes. Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement. Integration , Commissioning and, troubleshooting(BTS-RBS2000 and RBS6000 and MW ( Ericsson Traffic Node & Huawei RTN)
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Good communication and coordination skills Good Knowledge Ericsson equipment, Baseband (5216, 6630) and Ericsson MW, VSWR and alarm handling and fault Rectification. Products Knowledge Delivering Results
Must have technical / professional qualifications	• Essential : Graduation – BE (Electronics and communication) • work ex: 5 - 7 years • Experience in network BSS O&M
