Hiring Manager	VH- O&M RAN
Job Purpose	Responsible for network Cost analysis, Budgeting and cost optimization drive, Governance with IPs, Second level support to field team members for RAN and MW network, spare management for circle for RAN/MW network.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Prepare, analyse and focused approached on network cost and reduction to improve the EBITA for the circle. Support to Zonal technical team members on RAN/MW nodes to improve the Network uptime in the cluster. Governance meeting with IP and telecom vendors to track the issues and resolution of issues in time. Plan and ensure the spares management in the circle to ensure that sites are not affected due to lack of spares. Also ensure the scrap and repairs ratio to improve month on month. Focus on reduction of scraps in the circles. Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW network. Technical skill set of optical and SONET network. Managing others and team Administration and team building ability Analytical and communication skill set. Experience- 10-15 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN domain.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	B.E in Electronics and Communication. Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of BSS RAN Managing large team.
