Operate and monitor data centre activities on a 24/7 shift basis, ensuring smooth execution of Data Warehouse and Billing cycles. Maintain quality standards for all processes and trigger improvements where necessary. Report data centre performance and activities as Level 1 support. Handle service quality escalations and coordinate with Level 2 support teams. Ensure the knowledge base is updated and cascade information to team members. Develop lessons learned and contribute to service delivery enhancements. Process improvement and quality assurance methodologies. B.Sc. in Computer or Communication Engineering or Computer Science is a plus (not mandatory). 1-3 years of IT experience, preferably in technical support. Excellent written and spoken English. Intermediate knowledge of operating systems (Linux and Windows). Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Microsoft, Unix/Linux systems. Shell scripting knowledge and ITIL certification are advantageous. Experience with analytics and reporting tools. Ability to identify patterns and correlations between system messages and customer data.
