VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader with 10-15 years of experience to provide strategic direction and expert guidance across all aspects of Secure by Design (SbD) and risk management. This role demands strong technical proficiency in diverse cybersecurity domains, exceptional stakeholder and team management skills, and the ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with global security policies, driving innovation, and fostering resilience across projects and organisational initiatives. What you will do Serve as a key member of the Cybersecurity leadership team, influencing decisions on security and risk management.Oversee and coordinate multiple cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.Lead and mentor team members while maintaining effective stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.Conduct comprehensive control-based security assessments and detailed design reviews for systems, applications, and infrastructure.Ensure compliance with internal security requirements, policies, and regulatory standards.Identify organisational security risks, manage them collaboratively, and drive closure of risk items.Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to support strategic objectives.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen security posture.Pursue new business opportunities to support the growth of the cybersecurity practice.Document findings, recommendations, and action plans, and prepare accurate reports and presentations. Who you are 10-15 years of IT security experience with extensive expertise in security architecture and perimeter security (firewalls, VPN, proxy, network engineering/management).Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals, frameworks, threats, and risk management.Proven experience in end-to-end control-based security assessments and architecture reviews.Familiarity with standards/frameworks such as ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST 800-53, OWASP.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyse data, create reports, and simplify complex problems using innovative approaches.Advantageous: Cybersecurity certifications (CCSP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001), knowledge of GDPR, and experience in the telecom industry.
