VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture What you will do Evaluate creditworthiness of clients using financial analysis and risk modelling. Structure and negotiate leveraged transactions aligned with internal risk appetite. Monitor credit risk KPIs including bad debt, churn, and vetting outcomes. Deliver financial objectives and maintain high-quality accounting standards. Provide regular reporting to Finance Operations and Business Partners. Build strong stakeholder relationships and proactively resolve issues. Lead succession planning and business planning for the CTC team. Ensure compliance with Group policies, SOX, and audit requirements. Drive continuous improvement and performance diagnostics. Prepare and present detailed credit risk reports to senior management. Support operational process and control issue resolution. Who you are Minimum 8+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in leveraged finance or structured transactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and deadlines. Collaborative mindset with adaptability to change and ambiguity. Proficient in S4 Hana/SAP, MS Office, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Strong understanding of financial statements, credit modelling, and risk assessment tools. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting. Experience in Robotics or project handling is an added advantage. Hands-on experience in Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes. Not a Perfect Fit?
