360, a subsidiary of Vodafone, is hiring Field Service Engineers to support the accelerated rollout of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks across Greece. The role involves on-site installation, testing, and maintenance of fiber connections, as well as resolving technical issues at customers’ premises, with the aim of restoring service quickly and delivering high-quality support that ensures a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

The primary objective of the role is to resolve technical issues at the customer's premises, aiming for the immediate restoration of service and the delivery of high-quality support, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the accelerated deployment and expansion of fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks by performing field activities related to installation, activation, and service assurance
  • Identify and report technical issues related to service faults
  • Resolve technical problems and customer requests promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Team Leaders, and other Departments to mitigate risks and improve operational performance
  • Promote Vodafone products and services to enhance the overall customer experience
Who you are
  • Experience in a technical support department (optional)
  • Experience or knowledge of FTTH networks and fiber installations will be considered a plus
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to act with urgency when required
  • Adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changing needs
  • Knowledge of fixed telephony products and services
