Diagnose, investigate root causes, and document solutions for Technical rooms , MTXs and equipment failures. Provide on-the-spot training and guidance for operational issues, including complex procedures and critical equipment. Manage multiple technical rooms & MTXs projects across Egypt concurrently. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in MTX , technical rooms , critical facilities , power generation, oil/gas, or hospital facilities. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment used in data centers, including UPS systems, generators, switchgear, power distribution, and cooling systems. In-depth knowledge of redundant electrical systems, cooling systems, airflow containment, and building management systems.
