15+ years management experience in an ICT environment, of which at least 8 years in a leadership capacity, and closely with Business. Ability to translate product and operational strategies in a vision and roadmap for Digital IT Effective management of a complex organization of professionals and other stakeholders (vendors) providing leadership, problem solving and fast decision making. Ability to build and maintain a strong team with the right expertise and qualities. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment. University Degree in Telecom and / or IT as a minimum MBA is a plus.
