This role focuses on managing customer demand projects, analysing data sources, and designing reporting solutions. You will act as a single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs while collaborating with project managers, IT developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment. What you will do Capture and manage demand requests for new reporting solutions. Analyse and propose data sources and models for Group Data & Analytics reporting. Perform system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services. Continuously improve the performance and usability of web-based applications. Drive project lifecycle pillars, track progress, and mitigate risks. Build, test, and present new reporting packs and dashboards. Support project team activities and ensure reporting processes are effective and well-accepted. Who you are 3-5 years' experience in business modelling, reporting, analysis, or business partnering. Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions (GCP, AWS) and data aggregation tools (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS). Understanding of ETL tools and data mapping applications. Experience with project management tools (MS Projects, JIRA, Confluence) and Agile environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with stakeholder influence ability. Fluent in English, detail-oriented, and proactive with strategic thinking. Advantageous: SQL/PL SQL/Python, VBA, telecom experience, PMI/Prince2 or Agile certifications. Not a Perfect Fit?
