<p>The Business Architecture capability empowers organizations to achieve true customer-centricity by designing and implementing the necessary changes. It functions as the architect of the company's operating model, analyzing current processes, organizational structure, and tools to pinpoint obstacles hindering the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. </p>
<p>This capability then develops a blueprint for a more efficient and customer-focused organization, encompassing workflow redesign, role clarification, collaborative tool implementation, and comprehensive training. Services offered span organizational design, process optimization, and change enablement, leveraging the ability to bring processes to life through collaborative tool implementation. </p>
<p>Our work is a constant movement between the helicopter perspective and the micro view. Our goal is not just to advise, but to make our organizational designs make a difference in real life. Our work is typically organized by these phases:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Initiation:</strong> Clarifying governance, assessing organizational structure, planning interviews, understanding change management needs, and conducting risk analysis</li>
<li><strong>As-Is Analysis:</strong> Conducting stakeholder interviews, managing change narratives, performing analyses, and providing best-practice recommendations</li>
<li><strong>To-Be Design: </strong>Mapping future workflows through workshops with key stakeholders</li>
<li><strong>To-Be Implementation:</strong> Developing training materials, conducting training, and driving adoption</li>
<li><strong>Follow-up & Optimization</strong>: Continuously refining processes for optimal performance</li>

<h3><strong>Our AI Solutions Consulting Department</strong></h3>
<p>Data Solutions Consulting is part of VML MAP’s consulting practice. We help global brands turn data into real business value—by designing solutions that let them collect, understand, and use first-party data at scale. Our work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and creativity. We partner directly with clients to understand their challenges, run discovery workshops, design solutions, and sometimes even build early prototypes or proofs of concept. That might mean helping a brand understand its customers better, improving how marketing performance is measured, or building AI-powered tools that make teams faster and smarter. </p>
<p>You won’t just sit behind a screen—you’ll talk to clients, help solve real problems, and see your ideas turn into working solutions. We work closely with designers, engineers, data scientists, and strategists across MAP, learning how different skills come together to build something meaningful.
