We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.&nbsp;</p></div><h3>The role:</h3> <p>We’re looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Account Manager</strong> who is coming from a creative agency background, with 4-5 years of experience at least. This person is passionate about brand &amp; communication and keen to be part of a growing agency and team with ambitious ideas. They will work closely with and reporting to the team's Account Director and will be a core part of the cross-functional team, and one of the daily contacts for one of our key clients.&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Creating strong relationships with day to day Clients and Agency colleagues</li> <li>Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts</li> <li>Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships</li> <li>Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio</li> <li>Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction</li> <li>Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions&nbsp;</li> <li>Being the knowledge keeper and promoter for the Client’s business and brand</li> <li>Working with the Creative Team to ensure that work is being progressed through the Agency as planned and on time, initiate changes/improvements if necessary</li> <li>Understanding of big picture finances (income, profit, scope &amp; contract)</li> <li>Presenting and selling creative ideas and production estimates when required.
