Summary:
In this role, you will lead the data strategy, analytics execution, and data governance for Capital Spend Insights (CSI) and Capital Equipment Solutions (CES). You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of capital equipment data, analytics workflows, dashboards, and client-facing insights. You will manage high-performing analytics and Product Advisor teams, establish a unified source of truth across platforms, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive value for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise data governance strategy across CSI and CES to ensure a single, trusted source of truth.
Oversee data quality, validation, reconciliation, and consistency across analytics platforms and reporting tools.
Manage and develop Product Advisor and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, scalable client insights.
Establish analytics methodologies, workflow standards, and quality controls for all CSI and CES deliverables.
Own CES analytical operations, including sourcing analytics, equipment planning insights, utilization metrics, and executive reporting.
Direct development and maintenance of financial models, segmentation analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Partner with product, enablement, and BI teams to prioritize data requirements, enhancements, and reporting architecture.
Oversee use of analytics and operational tools to support workflow efficiency and delivery consistency.
Identify automation, AI, and advanced analytics opportunities to improve data operations and scalability.
Present insights, trends, and performance outcomes to executive-level internal and client stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years of relevant experience related to medical capital equipment and/or similar related medical capital products required.
Proven experience leading data, analytics, or large-scale data operations teams.
Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and analytical modeling.
Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional data ecosystems and stakeholder relationships.
Experience translating complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Experience supporting healthcare analytics, supply chain, capital equipment, or SaaS platforms preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
