Become a part of the Vivvi founding team at a brand new 24-hour child care center on Toyota’s new campus in Liberty, NC, to help build the quality program children deserve while pursuing your own professional growth and development.</p> <p><strong>About The Role&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>As a Head Teacher, you'll:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the well-being and development of the children in your classroom</li> <li>Dream up rich, thematic units that foster children’s curiosity and help them achieve key individual and age-appropriate milestones</li> <li>Lead planning and implementation of inquiry-based activities and curriculum tailored towards children’s developmental growth</li> <li>Engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive play</li> <li>Proactively communicate with parents regarding their children’s development and growth</li> <li>Closely supervise children and adhere to robust health and safety protocol</li> </ul> <p><strong>Apply Today If You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enjoy working with young learners, and see every child as infinitely capable</li> <li>Believe every family deserves access to world-class child care that meets their needs.</li> <li>Have 2+ years of experience working in a licensed child care center capacity Have 2+ years of experience as a Head Teacher or in a similar role within a licensed child care center, including expertise in creating original lesson plans, leading parent-teacher conferences, and effectively liaising with families about children’s development and milestones.</li> <li>Hold a Bachelors Degree in ECE or Child Development</li> <li>Value and create strong relationships with families, children, and faculty&nbsp;</li> <li>Possess excellent leadership skills including the ability to define goals and motivate staff towards success</li> <li>Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <p><em>Competitive Compensation and Benefits</em>: Our educators earn hourly rates from $16-$22 based on level of education and experience.
