<p data-start="1323" data-end="1375">3–5 years of experience as a lead or head teacher.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1376" data-end="1495">
<p data-start="1378" data-end="1495"><strong data-start="1378" data-end="1434">Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2) preferred</strong>, or willing to work toward certification via a study plan.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1496" data-end="1613">
<p data-start="1498" data-end="1613">Passion for working with young children and a belief that every child is capable, curious, and full of potential.</p>
</li>
