<p data-start="1669" data-end="1725"><strong data-start="1669" data-end="1696">3–5 years of experience</strong> as a lead or head teacher.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1726" data-end="1813">
<p data-start="1728" data-end="1813"><strong data-start="1728" data-end="1810">New York State Initial or Permanent Early Childhood Certification (N-6 or B-2)</strong>.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1814" data-end="1904">
<p data-start="1816" data-end="1904">Passion for working with young children and seeing every child as capable and curious.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1905" data-end="1963">
<p data-start="1907" data-end="1963">Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1964" data-end="2029">
<p data-start="1966" data-end="2029"><strong data-start="1966" data-end="1993">CPR/First Aid certified</strong> (or willing to become certified).</p>
</li>
