<p data-start="1267" data-end="1420">As an <strong data-start="1273" data-end="1294">Assistant Teacher</strong>, you’ll play a key role in supporting our classrooms and ensuring each child feels safe, nurtured, and inspired to explore.</p>

</li>

<p data-start="2014" data-end="2079">Have <strong data-start="2019" data-end="2046">1–2 years of experience</strong> working with children ages 0–5</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2080" data-end="2227">
<p data-start="2082" data-end="2227">Hold or are pursuing an <strong data-start="2106" data-end="2153">Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree</strong> in Early Childhood Education or a related field (not required to apply)</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2230" data-end="2311">Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues</p>
</li>
<li data-start="2312" data-end="2383">
<p data-start="2314" data-end="2383">Are <strong data-start="2318" data-end="2349">CPR and First Aid certified</strong>, or willing to become certified</p>
</li>
